My naturopath told me to stop taking elderberry and chaga if you are immunocrompromised during covid. Its a balance. If you have no underlying immune or clotting disorder its ok. But if you have got several risk factors this can cause immune storm which makes the symptoms worse. In 72 hours this vitamin problem With elderberry wore off.

Vitamin-C was one of the main factors for me getting this so this was pretty upsetting to go from 800mg to 400....I’ve recommended this product to so many people and know I’ve gotten this seller lots of sales from it but if I would’ve known they cut that by half I would’ve recommended something that contains a bit more...especially because some of those relatives of mine’s tested positive for covid....kept at least 3 stars because of the amount of all the other beneficial ingredients these pills have for immune support.
