Upon the first inspection,I didn''t find a lot, and I was thinking that I got taken in by the beautiful layout and photography. After reading it closer, I have used it many times and I have earmarked and tried 18 recipes in here. The recipes are practical and well-written. Especially love the Carmelized Vidalia Onion Dip on by 118, and the Dark Chocolate Shooters on p 122.
