The long version: I''ve used tons of different over-the-counter melatonin/sleep aids, both in pill & gummy form, and am usually lucky if they make me even slightly drowsy. In my experience, the regular OLLY melatonin gummies are by far the best, but still don''t allow me to feel actively tired and truly fall asleep. So when I saw this "extra strength" version I held out hope that maybe I''d found the solution to my sleep problems.

Needless to say, I was right! These really do work and man, do they make me TIRED. I follow the instructions and take two before bed, or a long flight. The flavor is, to me, a bit bitter — sort of like a minty berry with a bit of a medicine aftertaste. It''s not like candy but by no means is it hard to tolerate.

The sleep quality I get when I take these is very good. Some sleep aids make me feel foggy, disoriented, etc the next morning or simply do not help me fall into a deep sleep. The opposite is true of these — I sleep through the night, but when I do want to wake up I''m able to do so and feel clear, well-rested, and ready for the day.

These are the only sleep aids that I can say with 100% confidence do what they are supposed to!
