Easy to remove and replace the old seals for reusing an injector , the steps as follow:

1. Cut off the old Teflon seal near the tip of the injector.
2. Place the pilot cone on the tip of the injector.
3. Push the new seal on the cone.
4. Use the installer to push the seal into the groove of the injector.
5. Use the sizer tool to compress the Teflon seal to the correct size.

Note : EN-49245 must be used to install the seals correctly and to ensure they are sized correctly for leak-free operation.
