Function:

Used for replacing the fuel injector Teflon seals.

Easy & convenient to remove and replace the old seals for reusing an injector:

1. Cut off the old Teflon seal near the tip of the injector.

2. Place the pilot cone on the tip of the injector,

3. Push the new seal on the cone.

4. Use the installer to push the seal into the groove of the injector.

5. Use the sizer tool to compress the Teflon seal to the correct size.

6. Finish! (EN-49245 must be used to install the seals correctly and to ensure they are sized correctly for leak-free operation.)

Applications

• For General Motors 2.0L & 3.6L engines with Hitachi fuel injectors [2010-2017];
• For 2.0L, 2.5L, 5.3L & 6.2L engines with Bosch, Continental Delphi fuel injectors [2012-2017];
• For Subaru [2014-2019] 2.0L/2.4L turbo engines.

This tool set help s install the seal on the injector for leak-free operation.
