The product itself is easy enough to use, and I found it works very well. The only issue I had with it is the ease of the “fingers” to be extended whilst placing this tool up to the obstructions. I took mine and lightly sanded the fingers with 1500 grit sandpaper to get them to slide a little easier in the frame of the tool. Other than that, this is a time saving and useful tool.
