Second it is designed with flaw. All the bars and pieces are two bamboo pieces glued together with the screw holes in between the two pieces. It concerned me when I started to assemble it but I go ahead nonetheless. But when I tried to tighten the screws, it began to crack. Third is there is a slip of paper come with the product saying that if you give a review, you can get $5 refund. I am not sure whether only good reviews will lead to refund, hence there are many good reviews on the website. I totally believe they should refund me that $5 dollar for all my efforts to put it up and the put it down. I told her not to spend more than $40.. so much for that- then after she ordered, I wasn’t sure about it, as some of the reviews weren’t great, but I didn’t cancel the order, I figured she’d learn to read the reviews first! The unit came flat, well shipped and packaged and with basic instructions. They also sent an added bamboo bookmark thanking us for the purchase- so sweet! Husband and daughter assembled and while the English writing isn’t perfect, the instructions are easy to understand and follow- all pieces and parts were there. AND… She loves it! I will admit it’s a pretty piece and adds to the room, she’s using it as somewhere to hang her sweatshirts, soon her scrubs and she uses it but doesn’t overload it. She has a cute plant on the top rack with her old Pooh bear from her childhood- it works for her for the storage need she has and does the job well. If your looking for a wardrobe to hang 50-100 items, then this isn’t for you- be honest, nothing is going to hold all that- a good donation purge is probably up your alley tbh!
