However, in the description, it states that the Ottoman has storage which it does not. The hardware and legs were not in a zipper under the couch. Instead, there was a rip in the mesh material underneath that held the legs and hardware. There is nothing that fastens the chase to the couch piece which could be good or bad. There are no words on the instructions just very hard to decipher diagrams. The furniture itself is firm, the velvet is nice and soft. it is what I expected except for the fact that I was disappointed that I did not have storage and that there was a rip on the underside which may not seem like a big deal but, you can see the material hanging from the bottom which does not look very good. Of course I will probably end up cutting it completely off but who likes to be cutting on their brand new furniture?

After several months, the stuffing started to come up through the material which makes it look as if there are little "fuzzy" all over it. It makes it look cheap and unclean.

I contacted the seller who confirmed that the cushions were defective and he offered a $100 refund in order to purchase a couch cover.
