I have never received an item before that you need to put together that actually includes a small bag labeled "spare parts" just in case you lose a washer or strip a screw, outstanding idea!
They package very efficiently even compressing cushions and vacuum sealing so they can reduce packaging and waste, great idea.
Assembly is no problem, helps to have 2 people for couch and chairs. My biggest suggestion during assembly is do not tighten screws until they are all in place and then tighten in a random pattern, worked perfectly.

The seat cushions are solid and the fabric is strong. I don''t think we have to worry about them getting misshapen or wearing out. It does attract animal hair and lint so we have to brush it off a bit. But the covers are removable and washable. The furniture itself is very sturdy. No sharp edges for the grandchildren to fall into.

My husband put it together very easily. The two boxes arrived together which was great. We also have bought covers for the furniture because neighborhood cats seem to find it comfortable and we are allergic! So I can''t attest to how waterproof it is. We keep it covered to avoid sun bleaching and wet.
