-Make sure your phone supports the qi wireless charging function

-The case with metal attachments, magnet, expandable grips or credit cards will interfere with charging. Just remove it and try again

-Adjust the bottom tray (Level1-Level4) to fit your phone size for efficient charging

-Please use the QC2.0/3.0 car charger adapter(not included) to power this cell phone holder car wireless charger

-GPS navigation or playing music may have an impact on the charging speed. The rate of battery consumption may be higher than the charging

-You can prevent overheating by not using your phone while charging and adjusting the car mount position under the dashboard's surface to minimize heat.

FAQ2: The suction mount can't attach to my dash?

-The suction mount is only for flat surface, not for curved, soft, vinyl, plush fabrics, or bumpy surface.

-Please make sure the surface is clean. If the suction mount get dirty, you can wash it and let it dry, then you can use it again.

-Recommend to use the INCLUDED STICKY PAD to ensure double stability between your car phone holder mount wireless charing and dashboard.

-The suction cup and sticky pad will harden in winter, and reduce the sticky function. Recommend you wariming up the suction cup and sticky pad by hot air from the air vent before mounting.
