But. I did pay only $100 for it. From across the room, everything looks pretty nice. It fit together well, no missing pieces. It seems sturdy, and there''s a lot of space to stash electronics. If you don''t intend for this tv stand to become a family heirloom, I''m sure it will do the job just fine.

Since many of the questions about this item are asking about size, my finished tv stand measures 47.25" inches long, 24" tall (including the legs), and 15.75" deep.

The left section can contain a volume of 27.5" wide, 14.5" tall, 15" deep, plus a shelf optionally dividing that area. As others noted this is pressed wood but why complain? For the price you will not find 100% solid wood. The tv parts lock in place but if you want it to stay together for a long time I would suggest using a little wood glue on the dowls for extra strenght. The stand can be a little wobbly. Not bad but if you have kids you might want to anchor it to a wall. Overall not a bad stand for what it is.
