Instructions

Cut off the teflon seal near the tip of the injector.
Place the pilot cone on the tip of the injector then put the seal on the cone.

Use the installer to push the seal into the groove of the injector.
Use the sizer tool to compress the teflon seal to the correct size.

Done! The seal is installed correctly and to sized correctly for leak-free operation.

FUNCTION -- [GM245] Used for replacing the fuel injector Teflon O Ring Seals. Installs the dual seals onto the end of the injector to ensure proper injector installation. [6706] Unseat injectors evenly for removal for Holden / Hitachi SIDI fuel systems.
BENEFITS -- [GM245] Includes two seal installation pilots for each groove, a seal installer driver, and a compression sizer. [6706] The rail assembly must be removed as straight as possible to avoid damaging an injector bore in the head, or to the mount assembly.
