Let me begin by saying we were on vacation when this came and the delivery person left it in the pouring rain for days! When we got home we had to move it to the new house. We were hoping it would not mold because we had to come back to it to assemble a few days later. When we opened the damp box we found the product wrapped and dry! The cushion covers come separately wrapped in their own cool orange bag . Each packet of bolts come labeled with their own wrenches and ready to go. The assembly was flawless (and trust me I am not an assembler ) my husband did the final tightening I stuffed the covers with the very nice cushions. I can’t say enough about the comfort and durability of the chairs. You can tell they were built with care.
