Each container is made of steel & holds 5oz of product. The containers are 1.5" high x 3.27" wide. You only need a 1-2 tablespoons for each use - you should have about 5-10 uses out of each jar. IDEAS: *Mix 1-2 TBSP of the salts into a bucket or bowl of water. You may adjust the amount to your liking. Set the mood before your shower. Light candles and listen to relaxing music. After you shower or bathe, pour this mix over your body. At the same time, please keep your mind calm as you set your intentions. It is important to only focus on one intention at a time. A key part of many spells is visualization. Imagine the negativity and stress going down the drain. You may rinse yourself with fresh water after your ritual. If you are able to air dry, please do so. *You may also add a small amount of this to floor washes to bring about the intentions to the entire home or business. *Others have used these salts on their altars, shrines, tools or even dressed on candles. Please be sure to use a drain catcher so that all the herbs don’t get stuck in your drain! If you prefer, you can add this into a reusable tea bag and soak that for a while before using.
