With that being said it’s an amazing product for the price and I highly recommend it! Packaging was OK, fair for the price and does the job as my unit was not damaged at all. The ease of use of this product is amazing, plugged the single micro USB cable into my 5V / 2.1A iPad wall adapter dropped my devices on and they were charging away. (Please note a Quick Charge 2.0 or 3.0 adapted is required for fast charging) though I still found my devices to charge fairly fast with the iPad adapter. **They include a card in the box which gives you an option to leave a review and choose a free gift, one of those gifts being a QC 3.0 adapter!!** So really it does kinda suck it doesn’t include the adapter but they still give you an opportunity to get that for free, AMAZING!👌🏼 This is my first all in 1 wireless charger and man it’s a game changer. Going from having to use 3 different cables and connecting the phone and AirPods by cable, this product makes charging up so much faster and easier. The unit is pretty thin as shown in one of my photos compared to a USB cable. It’s super easy for travelling with since the wireless charge pads fold down and it is a good weight, not too light, not too heavy and the entire unit has a nice soft touch finish to it. The LED light on it is nice, definitely sleep friendly, bright enough to see that it’s charging (or not) and dim enough to not make it hard to sleep with. You can adjust the angle of the phone and watch stand which is a nice feature to have. It’s strong enough to charge your phone through a case and you can also charge your phone in landscape or portrait orientation which is awesome feature as well! The only cons I have and where they could improve this product (which aren’t even a big deal to me) would be regarding the AirPod charging connector, the spot where the phone sits and the Apple Watch pad. The AirPod charging base is only meant to charge AirPods with no case, so if you have a silicone case or even a thin carbon fiber case, you will have to remove the casing to charge. They could raise the charging connector slightly so that you don’t have to remove the case and that would be perfect. Where the phone sits, they have a silicone / rubber pad which is fine it does grip the phone and prevent it from slipping, but not the greatest option as I didn’t have a night where I thought I sat my phone on it and it started charging but I woke up to it just slipped off and not charging. They could have a small little lip at the front to prevent the phone from slipping out and that would be perfect. The Apple Watch charging pad when folded down flat, is pretty hard to get your finger into the small groove to pull the pad up. You either need nails or something small to get it flipped up. To fix this they just need to make that opening a little bigger! Again these cons are not a huge deal to me but I have to point them out as it’s not yet perfect though these improvements would make it that much closer!
