The bad: It’s short. It’s not comfortable in the slightest. It makes my skin hurt/itch if my bath lasts more than ten minutes because lying on mesh indents the skin. When I move in the bath it slides around despite the suction cups. The suction cups get tighter the longer the bath goes on though, so removing them can be a bit of a trial. The pillow portion is way too thin. My head needs way more support than that.

BUT, maybe all this is just me because it looks like most of these things are made of mesh and have low pillows. Though I will say that the one I had before this was way larger in every direction, which I liked.
