How to restore the suction cups?

The suction cups squeezed during shipping can be restored to normal by just putting it in hot water for 2 minutes.

To remove it, Do Not forcefully pull off the pillow from the bathtub. We suggest that use the scraper provided (or slide a fingernail under) to pluck out the suction cups. Once a very small portion is lifted, the air goes in and it comes out right away.
