It is not meant for "wearing" during much activity. Leave the bra strap around the body a bit loose to allow movement without damaging it. I actually broke that while putting it on. Thankfully, it was only the ring that attached the fastner to the chain. I was able to make it work still. However, while ''actively'' wearing it the same strap did break where it attaches to the ''cup''. I think a jeweler may be able to repair both.
