Careful not to strip the screws holding the pump... get the right tools if you don’t have them. #2 Phillips but the space is limited so length is important and I used a ratchet assembly for the inboard screw.

Think about replacing the fuel filter while there. Very confined space so why not replace it with the pump out of the way.

No worries if you have one of the few old original Ranger 6x6s. Works great.
