Why it gets overheating while charging ?

Due to a poor connection with phone coils.

--TROUBLESHOOTING: Adjust the bottom tray up/down for better connection and make sure there are not any foreign objects(like metal plates,bank cards, etc.)between the charger and phone case(up to 3mm).

Why do the clamping arms open themselves?
