Install detail:

1. Drill a 3-1/8(max 80mm)in hole in the desk or surface you want to use.
2. After that you just need to insert the power grommet through.
3. Put back the ring underneath the desk, so it can fixate you grommet.

The port never had a snug fit to start but it was able to charge the phone so I was willing to live with that.
