In addition to our catalog of over a thousand products, we design and manufacture custom branding solutions for high-production branding environments, hard-to-mark materials, multiple methods for serial branding, shipping compliance, and more.

To complement our branding iron manufacturing capabilities, we offer graphic design solutions to turn your design concept into finished artwork, which we can then transform into your one-of-a-kind brand, or we can use your production-ready artwork. Our computer-controlled manufacturing processes allow us to create branding irons with an incredible amount of detail.

Product Features

Make your own logo into a metal mold, which can leave permanent traces on your craft work. It's suitable for cake mark, mark gilt leather, wood branding, branding plastics, paper and gilding.

Insert

Insert the copper mold into the soldering iron and tighten it

Plug in and Switch on

Plug in the plug and switch the power on

Waiting

Place the branding iron on the bracket. Wait for about 10-15 minutes and you can start working

Turn Off

Turn off the switch and press press lightly on the material surface for 2-5 sceonds.Slow heat dissipation, can be used for a period of time after heating.

Test it First

For the first time use,you can test it on discarded material. If it not achieve the desired effect, you can turn on the switch to continue heating.

Notice

Be sure to turn off the switch or unplug when not in use, otherwise the soldering iron will continue heating until it burn out. Do not touch the hot parts to prevent burns.

I decided to take a chance and buy this tool. First... let me say... I received a shipped notification within 2 hours of placing my order. That concerned me at first as I was worried that it may be a scam or something. I provided a custom logo image for them to provide so I couldn''t believe that it shipped within 2 hours of ordering. A few days later, the item arrived. I opened it expecting to possibly find a generic stamp on the iron... but there was my custom logo, exactly as I had specified. That''s impressive. It took me a bit to figure out how to tell if the unit was on or off. I would recommend to the seller to add some kind of indicator or marking on the power switch so you can actually tell when it''s on. As it is, you turn the switch and wait.... several minutes and it''s only barely warm... so I assumed maybe I turned it off... so I switched it the other way... waited... seems cooler. So, after going through this a couple times, I wound up just removing the power switch as I didn''t really need it anyway. It does take the iron a while come up to temp (at least 10 to 15 minutes) but once it''s up to temp, it works great! I was able to stamp the logo on 46 lanterns on all 4 sides of each lantern and the logo turned out amazing on them. I should also mention that after a while, the iron may get hotter than you want so you may want to unplug it for a while to let it cool off a little. Bottom line... I definitely recommend this!
