I have been testing quite a few pillows since my new "hobby" is taking a bath with candles, soft music… This is so far, my absolute favorite. It is soft, cushiony and stays attached to my tub without sliding around (my biggest pet peeve!). I have neck problems so I really like that there is an extra neck support on the bath pillow and I can actually relax my neck muscles without sliding off the cushion.

I was a bit surprised that one of the suction cups came a bit squeezed. I reached out to see what I can do about it and the guys at ZenTyme answered me immediately. Turns out it is only a shipping matter but they were very helpful and gave me the solution right away – all I had to do was heat up water for 2 mins, pour it in a plate, then press the suction cup against the plate forming a vacuum and leave it in the hot water for 2 mins. Then I poured the water into the sink and removed the suction cup from the plate (which btw was very easy as they have a release tab) and it came back to its original shape (also attached a pic for before and after). It attaches to the tub and stays put easily—no constant sliding; no readjustments required . It’s comfortable in all the right places, witch the right amount of support. The material is comfortable too—no cold plastic or vinyl here. It’s also attractive, easily removable (from tub) and dries quickly. I haven’t washed it yet because I’ve just received it and used it once. I hope it stands up under machine washing as advertised because that is one of the main reasons I chose this product. It does come with a mesh washing/storage bag and an appropriately sized, preinstalled plastic hanger (for easy hang-drying)—which I think are nice bonuses. When I saw the hanger, I was concerned that it would get in the way when using the pillow, but it absolutely does not at all.
