I know these are dimmable and I worried they would be too bright but even with 130 feet of them across our patio, they aren’t too bright. They give just the right amount of light for us. I don’t see a need for a dimmer for our use. The light is soft and not glaring but provides plenty of light.

The night we hung them we had a major windstorm. Winds up to 60 mph and power lines arcing and power flashing off and on. These lights withstood it all without any problems. I have these hooked up to a plug that allows me to use them with a remote and also an extension cord and it all works smoothly.
