I bought these because we have a billion micro USB cables around the house, I keep buying generic lightning cables and they keep pooping out on me, and I plan to switch back to Android sometime in the future anyway. These are also convenient when we''re going somewhere in my husband''s vehicle (which always has a micro USB charging cable but not always a lightning one) and I want to charge my iPhone. I''ve been using them for about a month. They''re very handy to have on hand. Much handier than dragging a lightning cable around everywhere or having to try to find one.
