To get the best possible grind, pair a knife with one grinder plate and use them together as a set. Over time, the knife and plate will form a wear pattern that will help you most effectively grind meat. All American Eagle meat grinder plates are manufactured from food grade stainless steel, and feature a raised hub for extra durability and stability for the auger pin, and allows for easy removal of the plate after grinding. This grinder plate is compatible with ae-g22n Series meat grinders with 1.5Hp motor, it is not compatible with ae-g22s, ae-g22 Series meat grinders manufactured prior to 2003. This #22 grinder plate produces an output of 11/16” (18mm). it is for American Eagle commercial #22 meat grinder ae-g22n and is made from high quality stainless steel, not carbon steel like many other lower quality grinder plates.
