We are on our 5th purchase and still very much recommend them. Also, we have discovered that to get the most use out of them you can use a bladder leakage pad or maxi pad inside of them just like you would with real panties and get up to several extra uses per pair of these undies with complete comfort and no bulging. Doing this saves so much money in the long run and keeps you fresh & clean the entire day in our situation.
