You can adjust it up and down which is a fantastic feature and well thought out. The pillow is thick and rests against the hard straight edge of the tub so that all I feel is supported and comfortable. The suction cups are really good. They stay in place very well and don''t move. The material is soft but is also very sturdy. The seams are double stitched and the suction cups are also. I would highly suggest making sure that you use the little tab on the suction cups to remove them instead of just trying to yank them. Again, they are very strong and that would likely cause damage to the item over time. The attached hanger fits on any standard shower curtain rod to dry. A little hint that may help, I always add a second shower rod on the inside wall of the shower to hang things that need to dry, like washcloths and bath pillows etc. It is perfect for this long pillow. I simply leave the shower curtain open and this dries in a few hours. I’ve used this pillow two to three times a week in my bath and I’ve had it for almost 2 months now.
