PROS:
+ Absolutely beautiful. The finish is shiny throughout. The image make it look a bit like the handle is matte, but it''s not.
+ SHARP! Be cautious when opening the knives. They are not kidding around with these. One false move, there goes your finger.
+ Inexpensive. Previous sets of silverware I''ve purchased have been your standard cheap sets from a big box store. These are so much nicer for a very similar price.
+ Weighty. They do not feel cheap at all. They have weight to them - in my opinion, they are not too heavy and not too light.

CONS:
+ Plastic. The amount of plastic these came with is RIDICULOUS. Every. Single. Piece. Was wrapped in plastic. After unboxing, I ended up with what can only be described as a small mountain of plastic. If you hate waste, this is inevitably going to bother you. If you hate the environment, get ready to party.
+ Sizing. As I stated before, I am a fine dining novice. Maybe this is normal, but it really seemed like the soup spoon was abnormally large compared to the dinner spoon, and that the salad fork was much smaller than the dinner fork... to the point where I''m not even sure I''d use the salad forks. Is this a deal breaker? Not for me.

Banana for scale in photo. They have been through one wash cycle in the dishwasher without noticeable wear.
