Other bath pillows I’ve tried were foam, covered with some kind of vinyl / plastic. Inevitably, the cover would crack or tear & the foam inside would mold. Not so with this pillow! The whole thing is this mesh-like, spongy material that drains & dries quickly. (And there’s a hook on it, so you can hang it up and out of the way when it’s not in use.)

Personally, I also think the material of this pillow feels more comfortable to lean against than the vinyl ones. Though it may not be *quite* as cushiony as some others I’ve tried, this is still - hands down - the best bath pillow I’ve ever used, and I’d definitely recommend it over its counterparts.
