The magnets in the boats connect easily and also pull apart easily. The boats are also quite buoyant and do not sink, unlike the first boat we had for bath. They are well-sealed and do not collect water that could grow mold on the interior. There are also no small parts that could break off and pose a danger to younger kids.

All in all, this was a great purchase. No cons. It is a great toy for the price and would make an excellent gift for a young child.
